Welcome to the Progressive Art Studio Alliance (PASA) website and the launch of this new organization. PASA advocates for resources and policies that improve the outcomes of our member programs across the United States and abroad. As the only organization focusing on Progressive Art Studios, the Alliance works to provide shared opportunities for advocacy, collaboration, education, research, and public policy.
Seven organizations; Community Access Art Collective (Amy Sharp), Progressive Art Studio Collective (Anthony Marcellini) Arts of Life (Denny Fisher + Vincent Uribe), Center for Creative Works (Lori Bartol), Vinfen’s Gateway Arts (Greg Liakos), Access Gallery (Damon McLeese) have been volunteering our time for the past several months to develop the framework of this new organization.
We know there is more progress to be made. We are excited for the future of this Alliance to continue to grow. While we may be in our infancy, our need for member support will be crucial as we develop offerings and resources for our membership base.
Here’s what you can look forward to as a member:
•Being part of a collective of peers working in the same field with similar successes and challenges
•Invitations to member-only events like Quarterly meetings that dig deeper into areas that impact our sector
•Volunteer opportunities to get involved firsthand
•Share and publish your events with PASA members and the public
•Access an archive of past conferences, beginning with the 2025 Creative Communities Symposium in Philadelphia
•Access shared studio and exhibition resources and best practices (for example: Artist Agreements and Releases)
•Breaking News, and Information that impacts PAS programs.
•Access a national directory of studios and studio affiliates
•Offerings and opportunities will continue to grow as we build enrollment and grow the organization
